Inquiry-based financial planning · Chiang Mai, Thailand

SyncPath Business Finance builds small-business budgets from a single inquiry — then tracks the cash flow that follows.

We work with small businesses in and around Chiang Mai to build budgets and cash-flow forecasts you can actually run. The first step is always an inquiry — never a sales call, never a deposit.

Small-business budgeting Cash-flow forecasting Inquiry-based consultations

The process

From inquiry to working budget in four conversations

There is no fixed package and no upfront fee. Each engagement begins with an inquiry and moves through four short stages until you hold a budget you can update yourself.

  1. Step 01 — Inquiry

    You send one inquiry

Describe your business and the budgeting or cash-flow question you most want answered. A few lines is enough — we reply by email within two business days to confirm whether a consultation makes sense for you.

  2. Step 02 — Scoping

We agree the scope by email

A short exchange settles what the consultation should cover, what records you already have, and what you will bring to the first session. No payment is requested at this stage.

  3. Step 03 — First consultation

    We work through your numbers

Together we map your revenue pattern, fixed costs, and the points where cash gets stuck — usually the gap between invoicing and payment. The session is working, not a pitch.

  4. Step 04 — Handover

You leave with a working budget

You receive a one-page budget and a 13-week cash-flow forecast built on your own figures, in a spreadsheet you can edit yourself. We stay reachable by email for the follow-up questions that always come up.

Cash-flow forecasting

Cash flow you can see coming

Most small-business cash problems are timing problems, not profit problems. A 13-week forecast shows the gap between when you bill and when you actually get paid — week by week, before the gap becomes a crisis.

Who this is for

A fit for owner-run businesses, not for everyone

This work fits small businesses with one to fifteen people where the owner is also the budget — cafés and coffee roasters on Huay Kaew, workshops and studios in Mueang Chiang Mai, small clinics, design and trade agencies, and local traders. It is not a fit for listed companies, regulated fund management, or businesses that need a licensed audit. If your question is outside what we do, we will say so in the first reply and point you somewhere useful.

After the first consultation

What happens once you have the budget

The handover is the point, not the end. Most owners run the forecast themselves after one or two cycles; we stay available only where it helps.

  1. Cycle 01 — Run it

You run the budget for a month

You update the forecast with what actually came in and went out. We stay reachable by email for the questions that surface in the first weeks — usually about categorising irregular payments.

  2. Cycle 02 — Review

    An optional review session

If you want one, a second session compares the forecast against actuals and fixes the gaps that almost always appear in the first month — typically owner's drawings and one-off repairs.

  3. Cycle 03 — Hand-back

    You take it over

After two cycles most owners update the forecast themselves. We step back unless you ask us to stay on for a quarterly check-in, which is agreed separately and never assumed.
