What data we collect

  • Inquiry form data — the name, email, optional phone, optional business name, and message you enter on the contact form, plus the date and time you submit it.
  • Consent preference — your Accept/Reject choice for non-essential cookies, stored only in your own browser (see the cookies page). This never leaves your device.

We do not collect: analytics data, advertising identifiers, location data, or any data from third-party trackers. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.

How your inquiry is processed

When you submit the inquiry form, your data is sent by your browser as a JSON POST request to a handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry). The request goes only to our own server; it is not sent to any third party. We use the data solely to read your inquiry and reply to you — typically to confirm scope and arrange a consultation.

Legal bases (PDPA)

  • Consent — you voluntarily submit the form with your contact details for the purpose of receiving a reply.
  • Legitimate interest — replying to an inquiry you initiated and recording the minimum needed to do so.
  • Pre-contractual measures — exchanging information needed to decide whether to begin a consultation.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to twelve months after our last exchange, so that we can answer follow-up questions and keep context if you begin a consultation. After that it is deleted from our server. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we will do so within thirty days (see your rights below). Your consent preference is stored only in your browser and is deleted when you clear your browser storage.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request a copy; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion; withdraw any consent you gave; and object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, email info@syncpath.click from the address you used in your inquiry. We will respond within thirty days.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share inquiry data with third parties for marketing. The only situation in which we may disclose your data is where required by Thai law or a lawful request from a Thai authority. Our server is operated by us on this domain; no cross-border transfer to a third-party processor occurs for inquiry data.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiry data is transmitted encrypted. Access to submitted inquiries is limited to the people who reply to them. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we apply measures appropriate to the sensitivity of inquiry correspondence.

Children

This site and our consultations are intended for adults running or representing a small business. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, email info@syncpath.click and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practice or in the PDPA. The date of the last revision is shown below; material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

Contact

For any question about this policy or your personal data, email info@syncpath.click or write to the address above. We will respond within thirty days.

Last revised: October 2026. This policy is a production text written for this site; specific retention windows are proposed pending business confirmation and logged in the build record.
