These terms apply to the website at https://syncpath.click and to any inquiry-based financial planning consultation you arrange with SyncPath Business Finance Co., Ltd. (Thai: บริษัท SyncPath Business Finance จำกัด). By submitting an inquiry or attending a consultation, you accept these terms.

The service

SyncPath Business Finance provides inquiry-based financial planning consultations focused on small-business budgeting and cash-flow management. A consultation is a working session that produces a budget or cash-flow forecast built on figures you supply. It is advisory: it helps you understand and plan your own finances; it does not make financial decisions for you.

What we are not

We are not licensed auditors, tax accountants, or regulated fund managers. A consultation does not constitute a licensed audit, a tax filing, investment advice, or regulated financial advice under Thai law.
We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome. Budgets and forecasts reduce avoidable surprises; they cannot remove market, credit, or operational risk.
If your question requires a licensed professional, we will say so in our first reply and, where we can, name a suitable local professional. That referral is part of the service, not an extra.

How an engagement is agreed

You submit an inquiry through the form on this website or by emailing us directly.
We answer by email within two working days to confirm whether a consultation fits your question and to agree the scope.
Once the scope is agreed, we confirm the fee and the format of the session by email before any work begins or any payment is taken.
The consultation takes place after you accept that email. No engagement exists until then.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide figures that are, to the best of your knowledge, accurate. A budget or forecast is only as reliable as the figures it is built on; we cannot verify your underlying records and do not do so. You remain responsible for decisions made on the basis of any consultation, including any decision to act on or to disregard what we prepare.

Fees

Each consultation is agreed and priced individually by email before it begins. We do not publish a fixed price list because the scope of each inquiry differs. No payment is requested at the inquiry stage. Where a fee is agreed, payment terms are stated in the same email that confirms the engagement.

Intellectual property

Files we prepare for you — the budget spreadsheet and the cash-flow forecast — are delivered for your use in your own business. You may edit and reuse them internally. You may not resell them or offer them as a service to third parties. The structure and templates remain ours; your figures remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any consultation is limited to the fee agreed for that consultation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions made on the basis of a consultation, including lost revenue, missed opportunities, or financing outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.

Advertising and honesty

Our site and consultations comply with Thailand's Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 in respect of advertising: claims are truthful and not exaggerated. We do not publish invented ratings, countdown timers, fake scarcity, or unverifiable superlatives. Where a figure is illustrative rather than verified, we say so.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version in force for any engagement is the version published at this URL on the date you submit your inquiry. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
